    At Hammock Barn we pride ourselves on giving great advice and customer service as well as a comprehensive and superb range of quality hammocks and accessories, and even pricing.
    To this end, we offer our Lowest Price Guarantee on all products that are clearly marked with 'Our Lowest Price Guarantee' on their respective pages
    Should you find an eligible and identical product cheaper with one of our competitors (excluding any delivery charges) please contact us and we will be happy to match the price of that competitor. 

    Please note the following:
    We will do our best to match the price of any valid competitor but on rare and exceptional occasions we might not be able to.
    We must be able to verify the price you have quoted from the competitor in question, and the item must be publicly available to purchase online.
    The competitor's item must be identical in every way to the item on our website
    Items on marketplaces (like eBay and Amazon) or price comparison sites are excluded.
    Once your order has been accepted, the prices cannot be changed on your order

    Product Warranties

    At Hammock Barn we are so confident in the quality of the products that we sell that we offer exclusive Product Warranties on all products that are clearly marked with 'Hammock Barn Warranty' on their respective pages.
    The Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use within the Warranty period. The Warranty does not cover damage from improper use or improper maintenance of the product.


    Hammock Barn has made every effort to ensure that all product information is accurate. Note colour differences can occur in any product when it is being viewed and compared on a computer screen.

    Faulty merchandise

    In the unlikely case a fault is discovered in a finished product and this is not due to the way the product has been handled, stored, or displayed by the customer, a replacement product will be exchanged for the faulty product. Please send any claim as soon as possible by email.. Please include the name in which the order was placed.


    Delivery is free within the mainland United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched the same day when received before 1p.m. and orders should be delivered to you within 1 to 2 working days of our order acknowledgement. 
    If you require delivery on a particular day please contact us. Saturday deliveries are available but we regret a charge is payable.
    Please check the goods and record on the carriers manifest if there is any damage to packaging as failure to record any damage may result in subsequent claims for damaged goods being refused. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

    Returns Policy

    We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition.
